The Trust continues its well-established commitment to research and evaluation as an important means to inform and strengthen our work and the work of grantees, and to help measure impact, outcomes and accountability in our collective efforts to achieve access to health for all Coloradans.

Evaluation, research and an ongoing commitment to learning are important tools that help us to better understand what works, make adjustments and improvements, and strengthen our current and future efforts.

  • Research of key health care coverage and health care systems issues and challenges provide health policy and practice stakeholders with solid data to inform and advance our progress toward achieving access to health for all Coloradans.
  • Evaluations help to establish benchmarks and track progress being made in reaching specific goals.
  • Strategic Learning is a commitment to fully utilize what is learned through research and evaluations to inform and strengthen the continuing work of grantees, The Trust and the field.
