Community Partnerships: Saguache (2019)

People in the San Luis Valley town of Saguache are working together to improve the health and well-being of the community. Initiatives led by the HEART of Saguache / KV Estates resident team are helping young adults gain the education and job skills they need to prosper; and are increasing community engagement to build a stronger, more inclusive Saguache for everyone.
