This publication provides highlights from the report “How Language Access Issues Affect Patients, Policymakers and Health Care Providers.” It examines the issues around the impact of language differences in accessing health care, including approaches health care providers can use to overcome challenges and improve language access opportunities, as well as legal requirements for providing language access.
