Final Grantee Report: Advancing Colorado’s Mental Health Care

This report details findings from the evaluation of Advancing Colorado’s Mental Health Care project grantees’ efforts to improve the coordination and integration of mental health services for adults with serious mental illness, and children with serious emotional disturbances. This includes lessons for health and education agencies pursuing integration work, and for funders and policymakers. This six-year project was jointly funded by Caring for Colorado Foundation, the Colorado Health Foundation, The Colorado Trust and The Denver Foundation.
