Community Partnerships for Health Equity: Macro-evaluation Final Report

The macro-evaluation final report for the Community Partnerships strategy, which ran from 2014 to 2022, offers rich insights into the preparation and capacities needed to implement a statewide community-driven effort to advance health equity, as well as recommendations for The Colorado Trust’s consideration when designing future initiatives with the same intent.
