Brief Report #1: Data Use and Shared Accountability

Spark Policy Institute partnered with The Colorado Trust and 25 Early Childhood Council grantees from 2010-12 to generate emerging information and lessons learned for how to build a more integrated system of care at the local level, linking child health services to other early childhood services. The evaluation of the first phase resulted in a series of briefs intended to leverage knowledge related to the Early Childhood Councils’ efforts. Each brief provides an overview of the respective issue, a description and analysis of findings and a set of recommendations.
