Middle Park Medical Hosts Health Equity Learning Series

Middle Park Medical Center presents “Social Movement-Building for Health Equity,” the second in the Health Equity Learning Series slated for Grand County this year. The Health Equity Learning Series is made possible by a grant of The Colorado Trust awarded to Northwest Colorado Community Health Partnership, as well as various other communities throughout the state.
