Grantees

Support for conducting bilingual outreach, assisting monolingual Spanish-speaking Latino/a/x immigrants, and implementing down payment assistance and mortgage guarantee programs and specialized startup assistance programs for a joint, modular early childhood education/workforce housing project.

Support for providing emergency rent, utility, housing search and move-in assistance, and additional wraparound support services for diverse and marginalized communities.

Support for proving Spanish-speaking, Latino/a/x and immigrant households with rental, utility and home repair funding, for working with landlords and property managers to create more housing access for monolingual Spanish-speaking and undocumented households, and for implementing marketing strategies to reduce the stigma associated with people experiencing housing insecurity. 

Support for case management services to people experiencing homelessness. 

Support for providing housing assistance and wraparound services primarily to Black women and children who are survivors of domestic or intimate partner violence and sexual assault. 

Support for increasing housing stability for older homeowners in rural communities by providing one-time grants—first by engaging underserved community members and designing intervention programming, then implementing the programming by partnering with community organizations to recruit eligible people for grant funding. 

Support for providing homeownership support, HUD-approved housing counseling, home ownership classes, employer-funded mini-grants and a purchase assistance loan program for people from low-income households, rural immigrants and diverse communities.

Support for providing transitional housing, case management, life skills and employment support to youth with substance use disorder and people involved in the justice system. 

Support for building affordable, single-family homes, mainly through 3D printing technology, and training students to use that technology at Aims Community College in Greeley. 

Support for emergency housing, housing navigation, wraparound services and housing stability programming to Fort Lewis College students experiencing homelessness.
