Support for improved behavioral health screening and intervention processes, mentoring, life management skill development, and school-based mental health resources for youth and families in Gunnison and Hinsdale counties. The project addresses adverse childhood experiences and enhances resiliency, both through distinct and responsive care.

Support for expanding and improving the organization’s Whole Girl Mental and Behavioral Health programming to increase access to various mental and behavioral care options and services for girls and their families. Additionally, this project is improving the quality of the programs by hiring a full-time mental health provider, evaluating current programming, and integrating mental health practices across all programs and age groups.

Support for expanding access to language-concordant and culturally attuned behavioral health care in northeast Colorado for clients with diverse language needs. This project is increasing the number of multilingual providers, medical translators and interpretive services, and providing diversity training for staff.

Support for addressing transitional behavioral health care gaps for children in northern Colorado’s child welfare system through the use of trust-based relational intervention to equip caregivers and professionals with trauma-informed practices.

Support for empowering young Asian American and Pacific Islander girls and gender-expansive youth in the Denver metro area through mentorship, workshops and events to foster confidence, leadership and self-identity.

Support for providing services and education for those affected by intimate partner and sexual violence in Salida and surrounding areas through the provision of clinical counseling, restorative practices and therapeutic visitation, as well as community programming to improve mental health care access.

Support for addressing transportation as a barrier to accessing food by implementing a food ordering and delivery system in three southeastern Colorado counties.

Support for the “Veg Van,” a partnership-driven, access-focused venture to provide local producers a mobile market to sell their products, and a resource for providing food access to Larimer County communities.

Support for creating a community-based collaborative that will collectively lead and coordinate food relief work in Summit County, leveraging different approaches to diminish the stigma associated with food assistance, enhancing public awareness and understanding of food insecurity, and creating a sustainability plan to continue the work.
