Overview

The Colorado Trust is seeking to increase housing affordability and stability for those who face barriers to living a long and healthy life. The purpose of this initiative is to fund entities to provide comprehensive, wraparound housing and assistive services.

  • Request for proposals (an updated version was posted on 2/16/2024 with the correct budget ceiling amounts for years 2 and 3)
  • Application template
  • Individual grant amount: $250,000 – $355,000 (for 30 months)
    • Year 1: Floor: $50,000; Ceiling: $85,000
    • Year 2: Floor: $100,000; Ceiling: $135,000
    • Year 3: Floor: $100,000; Ceiling: $135,000
  • Total number of grantees: up to 20
  • Grant period: July 1, 2024 – Dec. 31, 2026
