She previously served as a local community-coalition LiveWell coordinator, consulted for TransitPlus in Denver and worked for the Redwood Community Action Agency’s Natural Resource Services in Eureka, Calif. Melchizedek received her bachelor’s in environmental science from Humboldt State University in Arcata, Calif.

Dr. Williams most recently served as data and evaluation manager at Mile High United Way in Denver. Since 2008, she has been both a full-time and adjunct lecturer and researcher at the University of Denver, focusing on health disparities, geographical information systems and other topics. She previously worked as an environmental scientist for environmental consulting firms in Florida and Illinois. Dr. Williams received her doctorate in geography, environmental science and policy and Masters of Public Health from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla.

“Noelle and Marilyn both bring significant experience and expertise to our organization,” said Ned Calonge, MD, MPH, president and CEO of The Colorado Trust. “Noelle’s work as a facilitator and resident-level project manager will be invaluable to our Community Partnerships effort, and Marilyn’s accomplishments as an academic and evaluator will strengthen our strategic learning work. I’m thrilled to have them as new colleagues.”
