Courtney Ricci, PhD

Vice President of Research, Evaluation & Strategic Learning (Interim)

Courtney leads and manages learning and evaluation activities for The Trust’s community change strategies to understand the impact of our investments to build and shift power to advance health equity in the state. She supports staff, grantee and community partners in making data-driven decisions to continuously improve The Trust’s work. Courtney holds a doctorate in health and behavioral sciences and a masters in sociocultural anthropology, and has previous experience conducting health and social science research studies and teaching classes in public health and anthropology. She enjoys spending time outdoors in Colorado with her family.
