Colorado Municipal League and The Trust Team Up on Immigrant Integration
Additionally, a jointly produced brochure, The Role of Municipal Leaders in Helping Immigrants Become an Integral Part of Colorado's Communities, was released at the event. The brochure outlines ways that municipal leaders can help to proactively integrate immigrants into Colorado communities, as well as lessons learned in doing so in some communities. This collaborative effort has been highlighted nationally by the National League of Cities as an example of helping city officials to "build a nation of inclusive communities" through its Inclusive Communities Campaign.

The Colorado Trust and the Colorado Municipal League (CML) co-hosted "The Changing Face of Colorado" event on July 21st . More than 40 city and municipal leaders joined together to learn about the skills and knowledge needed to work within the changing demographics of Colorado.
