The Colorado Trust is a health foundation dedicated to ending inequalities that affect racial, ethnic, low-income and other vulnerable populations. We believe everyone should have fair and equal opportunities to achieve good health.
The proceeds of the sale of the nonprofit Presbyterian/St. Luke's Healthcare Corporation in 1985 were used to create The Colorado Trust, a foundation dedicated exclusively to the health of the people of Colorado.
Good health depends on more than medical care. It is affected by where we live, the education we receive, the work we do, the wages we earn and by our opportunities to make decisions that improve our own and our family’s health.
The Colorado Trust believes that its service to the people of Colorado would not be possible without careful stewardship of its resources, as well as the utmost transparency of its funding initiatives.
