Federal Health Care Reform

The federal health care reform law, known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), created sweeping changes to the nation's health care system. When fully implemented, the law will have significant implications for access to health for all Coloradans. But much about the ACA remains uncertain. The Colorado Trust provides resources to explain the provisions, implementation timeline and impact of the ACA. The Trust also monitors the latest state and federal legislative and regulatory developments, and tracks legal developments and court decisions that could affect the ACA's constitutionality or implementation.
